Your audience deserves a choice.
These safeguards apply to ACS Mail Cloud at bulkmail.acstechnology.in. They explain the controls available for permission-based campaigns and the responsibilities of businesses using this service.
Permission comes first
Send marketing only to recipients who have agreed to receive it from your business. Purchased, rented, scraped and third-party prospecting lists are not permitted. Keep evidence of when, where and what each recipient agreed to receive, and honour the frequency and purpose of that subscription. An imported address, an existing business relationship or a publicly listed address does not by itself prove marketing consent.
Registration requires the client to confirm permission-based sending. Domain verification and administrator approval are required before managed sending can begin. Approval is not a substitute for the client's responsibility to keep consent records.
Your business, your sending identity
Each workspace has its own client registration code, contact lists and settings. Clients verify their domain and configure their sender name, address and reply-to. Managed campaigns use the Amazon SES integration after provider readiness and administrator approval. Your existing inbox can continue receiving replies.
The application does not treat domain ownership as proof of recipient consent.
A clear way to unsubscribe
Campaign emails include a unique signed unsubscribe link and the List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers. Supported mailbox providers can submit a one-click unsubscribe request without requiring a login.
Opening the footer link displays a simple confirmation button. Visiting the link alone does not change a subscription, which helps prevent accidental opt-outs by automated link scanners. Confirmed requests suppress future campaigns from that business. Other clients' subscriptions remain separate. Re-importing an address does not remove its suppression.
Feedback changes what happens next
The SES integration receives delivery events through a signed Amazon SNS feedback route. Permanent bounces and complaints suppress the affected address for the originating client. A complaint, or a bounce rate reaching the configured threshold, removes managed sending approval so the account can be reviewed.
Clients can review campaign results and must investigate poor list quality or unexpected complaints before sending further campaigns.
Allowances with sending controls
Monthly plan allowances work alongside daily limits, sending rates, minimum gaps, cooling periods and optional sending windows. All managed clients also share the SES account's available capacity. Campaigns wait when applicable limits are reached; a subscription allowance is not a promise of immediate delivery.
Primary-inbox placement and recipient engagement cannot be guaranteed. Relevant content, permission-based audiences and correct domain authentication remain essential.
Information for an AWS review
This page describes the application controls. It does not claim AWS production approval, certify a client's consent records or replace the account holder's explanation of their actual sending practices.
Use genuine sample emails, actual audience sources and realistic initial sending volumes in a production-access request.
