These plans cover ACS Mail Cloud access and the stated monthly sending allowance. Your mailbox provider is connected separately and may have its own charges and sending limits. Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), do not roll over, and include accepted test emails. Actual sending remains subject to daily limits, your delivery settings and your provider’s limits. Any applicable taxes and payment terms are confirmed before activation.

Yes, if your provider supports authenticated SMTP over SSL/TLS or STARTTLS. Gmail requires an eligible app password; OAuth-only accounts are not supported by this connector. Your provider’s own quotas still apply.
Yes. Choose your daily limit, delay between emails, cooldowns and optional sending hours within administrator limits. The current platform maximum is 3 emails per minute and 1,000 per day. A monthly allowance is a cap, not a promise that every message can be sent within every schedule.
Inbox placement is decided by the recipient’s provider. Use permission-based lists, relevant content and correctly configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC. No plan guarantees primary-inbox placement.
