These plans cover ACS Mail Cloud access and the stated monthly sending allowance. Managed email delivery is subject to activation, verified domains, permission-based audience approval and available provider capacity. The 50,000, 100,000 and 250,000 plans use a protected managed ceiling of 45,000 emails per day under the current shared SES quota. Optional external mailbox services may have separate charges and limits. Online purchases use the 30-day periods shown in Billing. Early renewal adds the next period. Allowances do not roll over; accepted tests and uncertain managed attempts held for review count. Plans above 250,000 require a capacity and compliance review before commercial activation. Any applicable taxes and payment terms are confirmed before activation.

The shared Amazon SES quota and account safety controls also apply. A monthly allowance is a cap, not a promise that every message can be sent within every schedule.
Inbox placement is decided by the recipient’s provider. Use permission-based lists, relevant content and correctly configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC. No plan guarantees primary-inbox placement.
